How to add a new page in Google docs?

In the google docs if you add more text it doesn't create a new page but the existing page keeps getting longer infinitely.

Look for the + button at the bottom of the sheet (in 'new' spreadsheet in the bottom left corner; in the 'old' spreadsheets you should see a 'Add sheet' button at the bottom of the sheet in the left corner)
