Can you use Y!A or Google docs to discredit someone's "originality"?

I know you can't sue someone for plagiarizing your text from yahoo answers because Yahoo owns everything you post. But would you use it to discredit someone's originality?

And what about Google Docs, if I've written about half a book's worth of material and someone plagiarized it somehow, can I use the document as evidence that they stole my work?|||As the documents are time stamped for all eternity, sure. Keep in mind that if there's a footnote giving you credit, you may have no case at all.

If you seriously think the work doesn't qualify for an exemption, or if you aren't being credited, contact an attorney.|||Anything data that leaves your computer and is uploaded to a domain is no longer your original property|||There is nothing original on YA
