How to set up Google Docs for 2008?

I started using Google Docs for my spreadsheets in 2007. Now I want to be able to use Google Docs with the same clients but for the 2008 year. What is the best way to do this? Can I just start using it and change the year when saving?

Thanks for your help.

Peter|||If all you want to do is rename the spreadsheet then rename it 2008 and edit the inside year info too.

If you want to start a new spreadsheet for 2008 but want to clear only some of the previous info from 2007 then do the following.

Easy as 1-2-3!

1. Open your Google Docs 2007 spreadsheet

2. Click on the File tab and select Copy spread, and give it a new name.

3. Open the new "copied' spreadsheet you have just created, delete any of the old info in it you don't want and rename any stuff you want like the year.

That's it your done!
