Should i use google docs or open office?

I have a new computer, but i don't feel like spending money on the Microsoft office sweet (again). Should i use open office or google docs for my word processing needs?|||If you need mobile access, then you will want GD. However both are great, and since they are free, you can test each and decide which you like working with.

Or you can just use them both depending on your needs at the time.|||OpenOffice is not even a patch against google docs. It is very slow to open, is dependend on Java, and is also not even compatible with other open source office suites in it鈥檚 own native document format.

Why don't you give SSuite Office's free word processor a try. Their software also doesn't need to run on Java or .NET, like MS Office and so many open source office suites, so it makes their software very small, efficient, and easy to use. :)
