Does Google Docs make spreadsheets the same as excel?

i need to make some excel spreadsheets, and they need to be sort of "exact" like the pixel size of the columns and things like that, does google docs make it exactly the same as Office 2007 Excel?|||yea it dows exactly, except make sure to go to file- save as and select xl format
